Job Description
- Maintenance and correction of products that have been sold. They offer off-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions
- Coordinate repair and maintenance services to obtain maximum utilization of equipment and prevent operational delays
- Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary
- Provide field operations support to customers in accordance to with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements
- Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points
- Setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation at Customers’ premises
- Conduct technical training to team members and Customers when required
- Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO14001 requirements and standards

- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent people and time management skills
- The ability to work well both as part of a team and on your own
- 1-3 years of experience in the same field

Job Description
- Responsible to conduct repair and maintenance services to obtain maximum utilization of equipment and prevent operational delays.
- Provide field operations support to customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and servicing of machines and, enable hardware and software at Customers’ premises to the highest standards.
- Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points.
- Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations.
- Responsible in setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation at Customers’ premises.
- Responsible for correct diagnosis of the problems. Develop necessary technical acumen through internal/ external trainings, reading supplier manual, support from PMs etc & defects.
- Conduct technical training to team members and customers when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed; travel may be unplanned and immediate.
- Being able to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization, from front line operators to senior management and remaining professional at all times. This position requires both written and verbal communication skills.
