- Identify leads in the target markets through referrals, cold calling, professional networking and existing customers.
- Prepares Daily Service Report (DSR) and opportunity pipeline.
- Ensure all standard processes related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Credit Control, delivery etc. are followed.
- Ensure the credit control policy is well understood, followed and procedures are implemented.
- Take ownership of each customer and ensure end-to-end delivery of the service to customers from quotation till the payment is received without delays and surprises.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Extensive knowledge of Electronice, software. IT Hardware and equipment selling.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Must be self-driven, highly motivated, and diplomatic and be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Confidently deliver presentations to technical audiences.
- 2-4 years proven sales or business development experience.
