Automac 40 was conceived with the aim of providing the best performance in terms of reliability, speed (up to 40 ppm, with adjustable parameter based on specific production requests) and product appearance to meet the needs of large-scale distribution and packing centres.

Its version with double reel of film and the self-diagnosis properties allow an almost continuous production and maximum flexibility in the use of the film, with two reels of the same type or even of different types for alternating productions.

The speed of Automac 40 is adjustable to allow the machine to handle any type of product. Furthermore, if the trays are not present on the infeed or arrive intermittently, the packaging machine automatically blocks all operations and stands by. This drastically reduces electricity consumption
and limits mechanical wear to a minimum, making it possible to reduce the frequency of maintenance.

Automac 75 and Automac 95 are Gruppo Fabbri’s answer to the increasingly pressing demands for increase in performance from packaging centres and industrial production lines. Evolution in technical, functional and aesthetic terms, of Automac 55 Più, with the same footprint they increase performance in terms of strength, durability and reliability, maintaining flexibility in the format change and raising the maximum speed of packaging up to 75 or 90 packs per minute respectively.

The automatic packaging machine model Elixa 14, the entry-level machine from the Elixa series, uses super stretch Elixa technology for the packaging of meat, fish, fruit, vegetables and gastronomy. The use of one width film reel of 280 mm and the automatic reading of the format makes it particularly suitable for small retail outlets and for those who decide to shift from manual to automatic wrapping with a small investment

The Elixa 24 is a highly flexible machine for packaging fresh products in stretch wrap. The Elixa 24 has a speed of 24 packaging units per minute. The machine is known for its simplicity and reliability.

The use of film that is only 280 mm wide, rather than the standard widths of 330, 380 or 400 mm, leads to an enormous saving on film. As a result, the packaging costs are substantially lower than for conventional packaging machines.

We provide wide range of Gruppo Fabbri stretch films for food packaging to work with our stretch wrapping machines. Quality stretch films are extremely shiny, transparent and strong.
