Typically used in bakery shops or in mass production of bread, the B100 Agiloline bread slicer of BIZERBA is developed to deliver highly precise cuts on long or round loaves depending on the request or the specifications of users or customers.
It’s ergonomically designed so the operation is easy and safe. From cutting the bread to packing the slices, the B100 is a complete machine that doesn’t require additional equipment. A highly intuitive interface is also incorporated so self-service can also be done. The B100 is hygienically built and utilizes oil-free cutting preventing the easy spoilage of the product.
